These terms apply to travel planning services purchased from Zephyrus Travel Design, operated by Theodora Basta, Lesvou 4–6, Ano Liosia, 13341, Greece. For help with an order or to exercise your withdrawal rights, email zephyrustraveldesign@gmail.com and include your order number.
Right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 calendar days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement by email before the deadline. You may use the model wording below, but this is optional.
To: Zephyrus Travel Design, zephyrustraveldesign@gmail.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following travel planning service: [service and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].
If work starts during the withdrawal period
We will only begin providing the service during the 14-day withdrawal period if you expressly request this after ordering. If you then withdraw before the service is fully performed, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you notify us, where the law permits. If the service has been fully performed after your express prior request and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right to withdraw upon full performance, the statutory right to withdraw may end. We will not assume that placing an order alone gives either request or acknowledgement.
Refunds
Where a refund is due after a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No refund fees will be charged. If we cannot provide the service, contact us for a remedy or refund in accordance with your legal rights. This policy does not limit other mandatory consumer rights.
Third-party bookings
We provide travel planning, not flights, accommodation or other third-party bookings. If you book with another provider, that provider’s cancellation and refund terms apply to its booking. Our service fee and any third-party booking payments are separate.
