How do you plan my trip?
We begin with your travel questionnaire, then research and shape an itinerary around your dates, interests, budget and preferred pace.
What destinations do you cover?
Zephyrus designs personalised journeys worldwide. Japan and Zanzibar are currently featured as Signature Destinations, while European city breaks, multi-destination journeys and other destinations can be researched and designed around your individual trip.
Can I adjust my itinerary?
Yes. The Short Escape includes one refinement round, while Complete Journey and Signature Journey include two, provided the requests remain within the agreed scope of your itinerary.
When should I start planning?
Ideally, contact us a few months in advance—especially for international, multi-destination or peak-season travel.
What does the service include?
Depending on your package, your plan can include destination research, route design, a daily structure, selected recommendations and practical travel notes.
Do you make bookings for me?
No. Zephyrus provides independent travel planning and recommendations. You make all reservations and payments directly with the relevant travel providers.
How long does it take to receive my travel plan?
Delivery is usually within 5 working days for Short Escape, 7–10 working days for Complete Journey and 10–15 working days for Signature Journey, starting after we receive your completed questionnaire and payment.
How many refinements are included?
Short Escape includes one refinement round. Complete Journey and Signature Journey include two refinement rounds within the agreed itinerary scope, so we can fine-tune the plan around your feedback.
What format will I receive my itinerary in?
Your itinerary is delivered digitally in a clear, easy-to-use format with structured daily planning, practical notes and useful links for your journey.
